Questions founders ask first.

  • Does Google penalise AI-written content?
No. Google's guidance is explicit: content is judged on usefulness and originality, not how it was produced. Serpio generates on-brand drafts grounded in your own site and docs — the opposite of generic AI output. Drafts are scored on Google's own SEO signals before you publish.
  • How does Serpio keep content on-brand?
Two levers. First, brand voice — you tell us audience, tone cues, and forbidden topics. Second, your knowledge base — upload any docs (style guides, product specs, past articles) and Serpio retrieves the relevant passages as source-of-truth for each draft.
  • Which CMS do you support?
WordPress live today via the REST API. Ghost and Webflow are on the roadmap. For anything else, every draft is one-click copy to markdown or HTML — fine for Substack, Notion, or pushing through your own pipeline.
  • Can I review articles before they go live?
Yes. Approval mode is the default — drafts land in your dashboard and wait for your review. If you prefer autopilot, toggle auto-publish; you can still reject or edit after the fact.
  • Is my data used to train models?
No. We use zero-retention endpoints from OpenAI and Anthropic, so your prompts and uploaded documents are never retained or used for model training. Your data lives in our database and your Firebase Storage bucket — nothing else.
  • What's the refund policy?
14 days, no questions asked, on all paid tiers. Email hello@serpio.ai.
