Shipping & Delivery Policy

Serpio is a fully digital Software-as-a-Service product. We do not ship any physical goods. This page exists to make our delivery model explicit for payment partners and customers.

No physical shipping

Nothing about a Serpio subscription requires a postal address or courier delivery. There are no shipping fees, no shipping timelines, and no delivery tracking — because nothing physical is being sent.

How the service is delivered

• Activation: immediate, on successful payment confirmation from Razorpay.
• Access: via your account at serpio.ai using the email you signed up with.
• Confirmation: a receipt and access email is sent to your registered email address within a few minutes of payment.
• Generated content: articles produced by Serpio are delivered inside the dashboard and, where you have configured it, auto-published to your connected WordPress site.

If access does not activate

If you have paid but the service has not activated within 24 hours, email hello@serpio.ai with your payment reference. We will either resolve activation or issue a full refund per the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
