By using Serpio you agree to these terms. We've kept them short because you shouldn't need a lawyer to sign up for a content tool.
Who runs Serpio
Serpio is operated by TODO_RAZORPAY_OPERATOR_NAME, TODO_RAZORPAY_OPERATOR_ADDRESS. See the Contact Us page for full business details and the Grievance Officer.
What Serpio does
We generate marketing content (articles, social posts) for domains you own or are authorised to publish on. You retain full ownership of the content we produce for you.
What you must not do
- Generate content for domains you don't own or have written permission to publish on.
- Upload copyrighted material you don't have the right to use as reference.
- Attempt to extract credentials, abuse rate limits, or circumvent quotas.
- Generate content that violates OpenAI or Anthropic usage policies (sexual, violent, harassing, etc.).
Billing
- Free tier: 3 articles per month, 1 domain. No card required.
- Paid tiers: billed monthly in advance. Cancel anytime from the dashboard — access continues until the period ends.
- We do not issue usage-based overage charges. You stop generating when you hit the cap; you can upgrade or wait.
- For Indian customers, payments are processed in INR via Razorpay. The plan price displayed by Serpio is the total amount charged at checkout.
Refund policy
14-day money-back guarantee on the first paid invoice, plus rules for cancellations and renewals — see the dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Service availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but we're a small team. If we're down for more than 8 hours in a month we'll credit your next invoice proportionally.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate the "What you must not do" section above.
Changes
If we materially change these terms we'll email you 14 days before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of TODO_RAZORPAY_GOVERNING_CITY.
